In Ternair Campaign, you manage Ezines (newsletters) centrally via newsletter registration. You get detailed insight into your mailing lists and easily manage the different types of Ezines and their properties.
Via the general settings for Ezines, you can view, create, edit and delete the following components:
- Business Units – for categorising Ezines by business unit or label. For example: Ternair.
- Ezines – this is where you create newsletter lists. For example: product news, release notes.
- Properties – additional fields you want to store with newsletter subscribers. For example: language code or optin origin.
Busines Units
You use a Business Unit to group Ezines based on organisational units or labels.
The ‘Add’ button allows you to create a new Business Unit. Business Units that have already been added are shown on this tab. By clicking on the gear icon, you can edit, duplicate or delete an existing Business Unit.

Once you have clicked ‘Add’, the following screen appears:
Fill in the following fields:
- Code – a short, unique identifier.
- Name – a recognisable and clear name.
- Valid from – date from when the Business Unit is active.
Ezines
Within your Ezines, you can create various (newsletter) lists.
You can create a new Ezine via the ‘Add’ button. Previously created Ezines are displayed on this tab. Click the gear icon to edit, duplicate or delete an existing Ezine.

New Ezine
Once you have clicked ‘Add’, the following screen will appear:
Fill in the following fields:
- Name* – name of the Ezine.
- Description* – brief explanation of the content or target audience.
- Opt-in webhook URL – optional. The URL that will be called to send the optin e-mail (e.g. in case of a double opt-in).
- Confirmation webhook URL – optional. The URL that is called after confirming the subscription.
- Business Unit* – link the Ezine to a Business Unit.
- URL thumbnail image – optional. Link to an image displayed as a thumbnail.
- Valid from – date from when the Ezine is active.
Properties
Under Properties you can define additional attributes you want to set for newsletter subscribers. Think of fields like language code or optin origin.
The ‘Add’ button allows you to create a new Feature. Existing Properties are displayed on this tab. Click the gear icon to edit, duplicate or delete a Feature.

Once you have clicked ‘Add’, the following screen appears:
Fill in the following fields:
- Name* – the name of the Feature.
- Updateable – indicate whether the value of this field may be changed later.
- Valid from – date from when the Feature is active.
