Feedback loop
As part of the previously announced CSA certification, the feedback loop of Ternair Marketing Cloud has been extended to include an automated process that supports list-unsubscribe via both email and url.
In the default setup of list-unsubscribe, unsubscribes are added to the already existing suppression list. From now on this default setup is applied to all our customers, where an (email) list-unsubscribe was already setup, only the url option is added.
