Send test email immediately
You no longer need to calculate input blocks or map fields to send a test email. You can send a sample directly after creating an email.
Extended preview options
The preview block with samples of records you’ve selected is extended. You can now show Random records, Refresh the preview and choose between 10, 25, 50 or 100 sample records.
Advisory Board
We will soon start a brand new Advisory Board in which various users participate. They will, among other things, provide advice on use, innovations and new releases of Ternair.
Clicks switching service & Website recognition training
Website recognition is hot. Especially now Google has announced it will stop Universal Analytics on July 1, 2023. Ternair offers a switching service for customers who still work with Clicks via Analytics. You will no longer be dependent on Google. Training is also available for those who want to get more out of campaigns with Website Recognition.

The manual with interactive videos and screenshots is available in Dutch as well as English.

User Interface Ternair
This year we will refresh the user interface and make UX improvements. The Advisory Board will play an important role in this, but anyone who has suggestions please send them to marketing@ternair.com.
Training Socials
Being able to edit customer data from your social media in Ternair and to transfer look-a-like lists or custom audiences to your socials becomes increasingly important. We will organize a training for this.
Status page
Soon we will start a general Ternair status page about the operation of the most important parts of Ternair. Any user who experiences irregularities can always check on the status page whether there is a malfunction.
