Automate your file uploads
If data sources do not have an API and you regularly upload a file from an FTP location to Ternair, you can now automate the process. It will save you and the data/ICT department a lot of time.

2FA login
Not all customers use the new Two Factor Authentication (2FA) to log in yet. Please contact us if you do not have this and would like to use it. We regularly add features in the field of Security.

Anti Spambot measures
In the fight against ‘bots’ that automatically click on emails and generate false statistics, a few customers are testing a new ‘honeypot trap’. This way we can recognize the spam bots even better and exclude them from your statistics and follow-ups.

Create and manage your own data sources
Many customers use so-called Datamarts to use data from Ternair for reporting, as a separate source within Ternair or for external purposes. Soon, you will no longer need to have us make these datamarts to put them on your (Azure) environment. You can compile, use and manage them yourself.
Aggregated statistics Web Push
Just like e-mail, there will be a dashboard for Web Push with fully integrated statistics for all customers with the BI data staging module.
