Ternair Marketing Cloud can be accessed through the Ternair Portal
Ternair Marketing Cloud is started by logging on to the Ternair Portal and subsequently clicking once on the link to Ternair Marketing Cloud.
Once logged into the portal it is not necessary to log in into Ternair Marketing Cloud again. Upon successful login the Ternair Marketing Cloud portal will be shown.
Contact your system administrator if you have forgotten your credentials or if you are experiencing any trouble logging in. To create new users or remove existing ones please contact your system administrator.

Ternair Marketing Cloud is a web based application that is accessed through a browser.
The following browsers are supported:
- Microsoft Edge latest version
- Chrome latest version
- Safari latest version (on a Mac)
- Firefox latest version
The following browsers are recommended:
- Chrome latest version
- Firefox latest version
Screen resolution
The minimum required screen resolution is 1920*1080.
The optimal screen result is achieved with a DPI setting of 100%.
