In the data mapping of an output block, you can retrieve related data based on the relationship of the incoming key. Here, based on this relationship, multiple links to the data may be possible.
Initially, Ternair Campaign will choose the first available relationship. This relationship may not be the most optimal one for retrieving the data. For example, a link table may not contain all the relevant relations present in the selection. You can influence this relationship by choosing your own link table (within Ternair Campaign we call these link tables key paths).
Click on the icon to open the key paths.
If the icon is not visible, click CTRL on a Windows keyboard and CRTL + SHIFT on an Apple keyboard.
Next, the key paths appear.
Select the key path in which the link table contains the relevant records.
N.B. this only possible for fields that already mapped.
NB. Once a key path is chosen Ternair Campaign will always follow this key path. Thus, new key paths are not automatically chosen and the moment the corresponding link table is no longer available, the block will give an error message and the output will be stopped.
